Human-Centered AI Agent Framework

This case study was conducted within a
2-week Agile sprint to validate the value of an AI agent for CareerCoachingPro in July 2025.

 

The results highlighted common themes with the challenges of networking, as well as the opportunity for an AI experience to help users practice networking in a risk-free environment.

 

The next steps include selecting the proper model and LLM training using materials from the Product Owner.

  1. "Rose, Thorn, Buds" with "Affinity Clustering" help create thematic solutions that are human-centered. 
     

  2. Using Human-Centered Design methods for AI experiences gives confirmation to business stakeholders that this product is worthwhile to explore and invest time and resources.
     

  3. Human-Centered Design opens new perspectives to problem solving that places people at the center of the design process.
     

  4. User research showed that the cost of a product can impact the behavior of users.
